Partial plan and 85 dwellings in Trinitat Nova

Redevelopment plan for a neighbourhood built in the 1950s. The partial plan for Trinitat Nova replaces the original buildings that have serious structural pathologies to give the neighbourhood a new identity. The irregular topography called for major changes in the street layout to provide better connections between the buildings and their setting. The dwellings are housed in large buildings to free up maximum space for landscaped areas. All new construction uses prefabricated modular systems, becoming a model of sustainable development.
