DGZ Dallwigk
The project deals with the renovation and reconversion of an old heritage industrial building and the construction of a new building in the limits of the old town of Ingolstadt, in a privileged location in front of the Danube River. The ensemble, with a total built area of around 14000sqm, will be the home for the new Digital Centre of Ingolstadt, and will include office space for start-ups, a maker space, classrooms, exhibition spaces, and a restaurant with views over the city
